First for Hospitality Limited’s Terms of Business
1. Terms
- These terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to any Booking for a Hospitality Event by First for Hospitality Limited (“First for Hospitality”). They shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms that the Buyer seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing
- The following definitions apply to these Terms
“Booking” means a confirmed order between Buyer and First for Hospitality
“Booking Confirmation” means the confirmation details of the Booking which will be sent by First for Hospitality allowing the Buyer to electronically accept the Booking and agree to the Terms
“Event” means the sporting, entertainment, musical or theatrical event at which the Hospitality Package is to be provided.
“Event Date” means the listed date of the Event
“Hospitality Event” means the attendance at, and any hospitality or associated entertainment at the Event. - The Booking shall only be deemed to be accepted when the Buyer accepts and these Terms and electronically signs the Booking Confirmation. To the extent that there are any variations to the ticket prices and or any exchange rate variations prior to the point of acceptance these shall be at the risk of the Buyer.
2. Charges
- The cost of the tickets shall be exclusive of:
- value added tax and all other applicable charges which shall be paid by the Buyer in addition to the cost;

Any courier charges, if necessary, in the event that the tickets require national or international couriers or require urgent dispatch.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice being sent by First for Hospitality to the Buyer and in any event must be settled prior to the Event Date. If the Event Date is to take place within 7 days of the Booking Date, payment is due immediately.
- If the Buyer fails to pay within the time limits specified on the invoice, First for Hospitality at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel the Hospitality Package or sell them to an alternative buyer. We reserve our rights for any losses we incur as a result of non-payment by the Buyer for the Booking.
- The Buyer, and their guests, shall be responsible for any additional expenses including travel and accommodation unless explicitly offered as part of the Hospitality Package.
3. Delivery of Tickets
- First for Hospitality shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Tickets however caused and any delivery dates shall be approximate. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the tickets that is caused by the Customer’s failure to provide the Supplier with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Tickets.
- Tickets will not be issued to the Buyer unless and until First for Hospitality has received payment, in cleared funds from the Buyer in respect of the relevant Hospitality Package.
- It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check Tickets on receipt.
- Risk of damage to or loss of the Tickets shall pass to the Buyer: in the case of Tickets collected from the First for Hospitality’s premises, at the time when the Buyer collects the Tickets; or
at the time of posting, if the Tickets are to be posted by First for Hospitality to the Buyer 24 hours from the time of posting; or
at the time of First for Hospitality handing the Tickets to a third party, if the Tickets are to be delivered by a third-party carrier.
- The Buyer should notify First for Hospitality immediately in the event that it has lost or not received any tickets. First for Hospitality will attempt to re-issue tickets but it cannot guarantee that it can do so, which shall be at the discretion of the Promoter. An administration charge may be charged by the Promoter and First for Hospitality
4. The Advertised Packages
- Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by First for Hospitality shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of First for Hospitality. In the event that there is an error in the pricing we will notify you and offer you the chance to purchase at the corrected price or we will cancel the Offer, with no liability to you and offer the Hospitality Package for sale elsewhere.
- From time to time the venue for the Event may need to change or alter the seating allocation. First for Hospitality will endeavour to ensure that any such replacement tickets are of a similar value to the ones originally purchased.
- In the event that the Event Date is postponed, then the Buyer will be entitled to attend at the rescheduled date. The Buyer will not be entitled to a refund as a result of any postponement to the Event Date. If the Event is cancelled then any rights in relation to costs already paid to First for Hospitality shall, unless agreed otherwise in the Booking Confirmation, be limited to a credit to remain on the Buyer’s account for future events. The Buyer should arrange for any insurance it deems appropriate in relation to Events and the consequences of any cancellation or postponement.
- First for Hospitality cannot guarantee whether the Event will take place on the Event Date or whether any specific players, actors or musicians will participate in the Event or whether any associated hospitality will be provided or not.
5. Cancellations
- If any client wishes to cancel arrangements for whatever reason, the following “cancellation charges” shall apply:(a) More than 60 days prior to the event 50% payable.
(b) Within 60 days of the event, in all instances, whether any monies have previously been received or not 100% payable.
- All cancellations must be made in writing. They will only be effective from the date the written cancellation is received by First for Hospitality.
- Any deposits to the extent required by First for Hospitality are non-refundable.
6. Buyer Obligations
- The Buyer shall comply (and shall procure the compliance of its guests) with the Event Organiser’s rules and regulations including those of any venue where the Event is to take place (available on request) and it shall ensure the proper conduct of its guests at the event and it shall and shall procure its Guests comply with all dress codes as required by the Event Organiser. The Buyer shall be liable for all acts and omissions of its Guests;
- The Buyer shall purchase the Hospitality Package for use by itself and its guests and shall not resell, exchange or transfer the package to any third party without the prior written agreement of First for Hospitality;
- it shall not use the Hospitality Package or any part of it in connection with any competition, prize, marketing or promotional activity without the prior written agreement of First for Hospitality;
- Breach of any of the warranties in this clause shall entitle First for Hospitality to terminate its contract with the Buyer by written notice with immediate effect and no refunds shall be payable.
7. Limitation of Liability
- 1. Nothing in these Conditions shall limit or exclude First for Hospitality’s liability for:(a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors (as applicable);
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; or
(e) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for First for Hospitality to exclude or restrict liability.
- Subject to Clause 7.1(a) First for Hospitality shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Buyer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Booking; and
(b) First for Hospitality’s total liability to the Buyer in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with these Terms and the Booking, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the Hospitality Package.
8. Data Protection
First for Hospitality will process the Buyer’s personal data and the personal data of the Guests in accordance with First for Hospitality’s Privacy Policy, available here.
9. General
- These Terms and the Booking Confirmation constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
- If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
- No variation of these Terms shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the parties (or their authorised representatives).
- These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and both First for Hospitality and the Buyer shall irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
